• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
• Another example: Deposit ৳42,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳62,000.

Wagering Requirements:

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. This requirement applies to the bonus amount only — not the deposit amount.

Some additional rules regarding bonuses:

• A user cannot claim the same bonus more than once.
• Multiple accounts or multiple members of the same household cannot claim the welcome bonus.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time limit, the bonus will be cancelled.

06 Gaming Rules

07 Prohibited Activities

08 Account Suspension & Closure

• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Account closure at the user's initiative: You may request to close your account at any time. It is advisable to withdraw any available balance before making the request. Withdrawal requests after account closure may be difficult to process.

If dd89 closes an account and no breach of terms has occurred, an attempt will be made to return the verified balance (excluding bonuses).
